Terms of use

The site is run by SYN Studio (ΑΦΜ 160478360, ΔΟΥ Περιστερίου), Karaiskaki 9, Peristeri 121 31, Greece. Contact: info@synstudio.gr, 21 0574 3099.

Use your real name and an email you check, keep your password to yourself, and use one account per person. Children under 15 need a parent or guardian to create or approve their account. We may suspend an account that is misused.

• Spots are limited and confirmed when the site shows the class as booked.
• You can cancel until the class starts. Please cancel as early as you can, so someone from the waitlist gets your spot.
• If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. When a spot opens, you're booked automatically and the class appears on your Home page, so check it before you come.
• Instructors record attendance. Booked classes you don't attend may be marked as missed.
• Payments, memberships and prices are arranged with the studio directly, not through the site.

We may change a class's time, instructor or room, or cancel it. We'll let you know as soon as we can.

A personal training request is not a booking. The session is arranged once the studio confirms a time and instructor.

Yoga, pilates, flexibility, aerial and dance are physical activities. Check with your doctor if you have a health condition, are pregnant or are recovering from an injury, and tell your instructor before class. Follow your instructor's guidance, especially on aerial equipment, and work within your own limits.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Greek law.

Points, streaks and badges are for encouragement only. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged.

The SYN name, logo, photos and text on the site belong to the studio. Please don't reuse them without permission.

We may update these terms; we'll change the date below and tell you by email about significant changes. Greek law applies, and the courts of Athens have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer rights you have.
